Ciao, vorrei sapere quanto tempo ci impiega google a creare una sitemap??
E' una settimana che ho attivato il plug-in di wp (XML Sitemap Generator per WordPress 3.2.6 ) che non mi rileva nessun problema, ho inserito la sitemap anche su webmaster tool di google agganciandola anche a google analytics ma se provo a cercare il sito con google non mi appare ancora la site map, anzi mi trova prima le pagine di facebook di tumblr e wordpress.com dove era prima ospitato il sito e solo dopo inserendo per eseteso il nome del sito tranne il www mi trova un link alla homepage...ma nessuna sitemap.
HO controllato se ci fossero degli errori ma non mi rileva nulla, sempre che abbia controllato le sezioni giuste di webmaster tool...avete qualche suggerimento?

ciao,

è la prima volta che uso wordpress per realizzare un sito.
Ho cercato qualche guida che spiegasse come realizzare un sito in WP ma ho trovato quasi tutte guide per realizzare un blog e il mio non è un blog.
Devo realizzare un sito per un'associazione e mi è stato passato un template wp e, quindi, sono stato obbligato ad usare wp per creare il sito.
Il tema si chiama onthego. Il sito contiene alcune pagine informative e una pagina di news che tratterò come se fosse una pagina di un blog.
Ho alcuni problemi con la home.

Come prima necessità ho di togliere il secondo home, questo link rimanda a una categoria, ho visto che non è possibile eliminare/disabilitare l'unica categoria.
Ho letto che c'è un comando per escludere pagine ma non sono riuscito a trovare dove va inserito o, se c'è, dove va modificato.
Devo poi modificare nella home il tab custom field ed eliminare i read more.
Mi fermo qui per non fare tante richieste contemporanemanete. Se qualcuno di buona volontà mi aiuta provo a postare le altre richieste.
